Longer tours
An unforgetable experience
We are looking forward to welcome you on a longer horse tour with free running horses through Iceland.
Here you can see our offers for longer tours and we have fixed tours for each year, to which you can join. If the “right” date for you is not included, or a longer tour does not satisfy your individual wishes, then please send us an email. We will be happy to design a longer tour according to your individual wishes. And if you are a group of some people, that wants to go “alone” on a longer tour, then we will be happy to fulfill this request!
LANDSMÓT 2026
“Landsmót Hestamanna” is the famous tournament of the best horses and riders in Iceland. In 2026, this event will take place in Hólar, North Iceland. That’s why we want to give everyone who enjoys horses the chance to combine their Landsmót visit with a riding tour.
Pearls of Skagafjörður
Among other things, we ride through the region of Kolkúo. This region is very famous for the old breeding line, from which many of our great Icelandic horses descend. The landscape there is beautiful and you have a great view of the Ocean. Hofsos, Kolbeinsdalur, Hólar.
Riding tours around Helluland
For each rider we have the right horse according to individual riding skills and of cource a helmet in the right size!
It does not matter whether your are a beginner or advanced rider, whether you will enjoy the icelandic nature just for an hour on horseback or take a several hour riding tour. For everybody we will design a trip tailored to your individual needs. Of course also children are welcome and can they and beginners be led by rein on request.
